Seppa: The police here have arrested a habitual bike lifter who was involved in stealing two-wheelers from various parts of the Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) and selling them at Seppa, the headquarters of East Kameng district.

Officials said, following frequent reports of bike theft cases, the East Kameng police had been working hard to get hold of the bike lifters for the past one month.
